Return

Goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer. Returns are free of charge.

Return conditions:

• The product must be in the seller’s original, neat packaging.

• The product must be undamaged, unused and not have lost its commercial appearance (not folded, scratched, broken, etc.).

• The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, with all accessories and packages.

To return the product:

1. Inform the seller in writing by e-mail – info@ruune.lt. In the letter, please indicate:

• Name of the returned product

• Quantity of the returned product

• Order number

• Reason for return

2. If you need help, please contact us at info@ruune.lt

3. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 4 business days to agree on the details of the return of the product and send you a return label.

4. Upon receipt of the product and confirmation that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the money only for the product(s) to the bank account you specified within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable (except for defective products).

Return of defective products:

Defective products are returned in accordance with the Order No. 29 of the Minister of Economy of 2001 of June 29, 2001 of the Minister of Economy. 217 “On Approval of the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items”.
